Is RevitaLash® Advanced safe for my eyes?
As with any product that is applied near the eyes (eg mascara and eyeliner), safety comes first. This is especially true for RevitaLash® Cosmetics, since the company was founded by an ophthalmologist, who designed the product so that it stays where it is applied and does not come into contact with the eyes, further developing tests to prove the safe use of RevitaLash® Advanced products.

The RevitaLash® Advanced serum formula contains a thickening agent so that it stays on the lashes where it is applied without leaking into the aqueous humor. Our unique applicator is specially designed to apply only a small amount of product to the lashes.

It is also important to mention that an independent ophthalmologist from the Los Angeles School of Medicine conducted research on the RevitaLash® Advanced product. Using fluorescent dye to photograph properly applied RevitaLash® Advanced, he confirmed that the product did not enter the eye fluid. This is important for two reasons. First of all, this means that the use of RevitaLash® Advanced eyelash regeneration serum is safe for the eyes (since it does not come into contact with the eyes). Then, this means that RevitaLash® Advanced cannot enter the bloodstream, as absorption through the eye is the primary route of entry. In addition, two independent experts from Great Britain, one a renowned ophthalmologist and the other an expert in pharmacokinetics, performed safety tests on RevitaLash® Advanced eyelash serum and concluded that the body did not absorb a significant amount of the product.

In addition, an independent laboratory conducted another study on volunteers who used RevitaLash® Advanced daily for 4 weeks as recommended in the instructions for use. A licensed ophthalmologist examined the volunteers' eyes at the beginning and end of the study. His report states that the eyes were not irritated, and that there were no changes in eye pressure during the 4 weeks of testing. All these tests show that RevitaLash® Advanced does not enter the eyes and has no physiological effect on them.
